AIP BROWNIE MUG CAKE
INGREDIENTS:
- pumpkin puree - palm oil or coconut oil - coconut palm sugar - pinch of salt - baking soda - tigernut flour - carob powder - dollop of coconut cream - pinch of flaky salt
STEP 1
Combine the pumpkin puree, oil, and coconut sugar in a mug. Mix well.
STEP 2
Add in the salt, baking soda, tiger nut flour, and carob powder. Mix until well combined and very thick.
STEP 3

Use a spatula to clean up the sides and smooth the top.
STEP 5
Microwave on high for 2 minutes.

Garnish with flaky salt and a dollop of coconut cream for maximum yumminess.
