Yes! An AIP Curry paste and it mixed into these patties- a perfect batch cook, make ahead, or in a rush kind of recipe. Make the curry paste and keep it in your fridge, believe me, you’ll want this stuff around!
Curry is one of those things I missed on AIP, but last night someone shared an AIP curry recipe from Paleo On The Go It’s lovely & it totally inspired me!
So exciting! I didn’t have granulated garlic or onion, and I can have some seed-based spices… So I made a curry paste!
Of course, I had to use this concoction right away so I mixed a heaping tablespoon with a pound of organic ground turkey, tbsp thyme, pinch pink Himalayan salt & made Curry Thyme breakfast patties. Cooked them up on my new @lodgecastiron Skillet! 4 minutes each side on medium-high
I had one over fresh spinach & roasted butternut squash, and it was glorious.
Can’t wait for more curry-licious fun to come ♥

When saying coconut milk . Do you mean like the coconut milk in cartons that you also drink..or canned coconut milk. If canned is it better to use the fat free..even though I need that fat the calories can be a bit higher
Cristina says

When you say mustard, do you mean mustard in the spice rack or mustard in the yellow plastic bottle?
