Turkey Burger with Thai Flavor!

Ingredients

  • 2lbs ground turkey
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup almond butter, crunchy-unsweetened
  • 1 tsp garlic salt, I use Redmond Real Salt
  • 1/2 tsp onion salt, I use Redmond Real Salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tbsp minced ginger (optional)
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots (optional)
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 400F.
  2. Mix everything in a large bowl until thoroughly and evenly combined.
  3. Lightly grease a large baking sheet.
  4. Shape 4-6 ounce patties. Place on the baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
