Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together almond butter, egg, and sweetener until smooth.
- Add almond flour, matcha powder, and sea salt. Stir until a thick dough forms.
- Scoop 1 tablespoon of dough per cookie, roll into balls, and flatten on the baking sheet.
