Crustless Keto Mushroom Bacon Quiche

  • 6 slices of bacon

  • 1 cup of sliced mushrooms

  • 6 large eggs

  • 3/4 cup of heavy cream

  • 1/2 teaspoon of ground turmeric Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh dill 4 ounces of Brie cheese 


  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Set aside to cool and reserve the fat.

  2. Utilizing 2 tablespoons of the reserved bacon fat, sauté the sliced mushrooms until they achieve a golden brown color and become tender, approximately 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.

  3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, ground turmeric, salt, and pepper until thoroughly combined.

  4. Chop the cooked bacon and slice the brie. Stir in the bacon, sautéed mushrooms, chopped dill, and Brie cheese pieces.

  5. Coat a pie dish with the reserved bacon fat to prevent sticking. Pour the egg mixture into the prepared pie dish.

  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the quiche is set in the center and the top is golden brown.

  7. Once cooked, remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
