6 slices of bacon

1 cup of sliced mushrooms

6 large eggs

3/4 cup of heavy cream

1/2 teaspoon of ground turmeric Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon of chopped fresh dill 4 ounces of Brie cheese
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Set aside to cool and reserve the fat.

Utilizing 2 tablespoons of the reserved bacon fat, sauté the sliced mushrooms until they achieve a golden brown color and become tender, approximately 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, ground turmeric, salt, and pepper until thoroughly combined.

Chop the cooked bacon and slice the brie. Stir in the bacon, sautéed mushrooms, chopped dill, and Brie cheese pieces.
