Blueberry Coconut Smoothie
This lovely blended concoction will do as a meal replacement. It tastes heavenly & is packed with goodies.
Let’s make a smoothie:
In your blender:
1/2 cup of fresh blueberries
1 ripe banana
1/2 cup whole fat unsweetened coconut milk
1 tsp cinnamon
3 tbsp pistachio powder (ground pistachio)
Blend on low and gradually increase power to high, until smooth. Serve & enjoy immediately.
